WARNING: Shug's is a cottage kitchen and is NOT an allergen free kitchen, consume at your own risk. Made in a kitchen that uses: tree nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten and other allergens. *CONSUME AT YOUR OWN RISK*

Shug's reserves the right of refusal, if you are consistently asking for replacements, you will be blocked from ordering. Of if you are consistently ordering and then cancelling the order last minute you will be blocked from placing future orders. My time is important.

I do not accept returns. However if there is an issue and you have proof, a picture is required. On a case by case basis, I will either issue a store credit for the amount of the item or replace the item. MUST have PICTURED proof of the issue.
